Description
A follow-up to the Clowns in Romania project carried out by TSRT-CHF in May and June 1999.
Objectives
The beneficiaries of the project are the educational staff of the Centre for Family Support of Medias (abbr. CSF) and the institutionalised children that they care for, and the orphanage of the Phoenix Carita Foundation (abbr. FPC) at Constanta. The objectives of the project are:
- to prepare and train their teams in new techniques for helping people in difficulty, namely circus activities;
- to develop this activity with the children and encourage them to get involved;
- to bring out the skills of each participant by creating shows that will be performed in front of other children, with resulting social benefits.
